Do instruments come pre-tuned or set up?
While we perform a quality control inspection on every instrument before it leaves our warehouse, strings may loosen during temperature changes in transit. We recommend a final tuning upon arrival. Professional setups are available upon request for certain models.
What is your return policy for instruments?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition. Please note that items like reeds, mouthpieces, and earplugs cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
