At Shop Musical Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repack the instrument in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the RA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
